Thousands of tiny pen dots make up this picture of HMS L-25, a post World War I British submarine. This artwork commemorates the International Submarine Congress held in Portsmouth, England in May 2015. The ship’s bell is located at the Royal Navy Submarine Museum in Gosport, England.
