The
story behind the painting...
A merchant ship finds herself alone in
the vast, grey expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, perhaps separated
from a convoy that had been attacked earlier by the U-Boat packs.
The solitary ship is being stalked by another grey wolf, which is
closing on the surface to within range of her deck gun.
Will the hunted be able to outrun
the hunter?
